The purpose of the treatment is the management of the commercial relationship with the person concerned. The data may be communicated to the Courier of logistics companies in charge of transporting and delivering the products. The treatment includes the conservation of the data, the communication to the appropriate departments and even the communication of the data between different companies of the group.

The legal basis of the treatment is the express consent provided by the interested party.

It is necessary that the interested party provide the data to be able to provide the entrusted services. If these data are not provided, the data controller will not be able to carry out such services.

Personal data will be kept for a period of FIVE YEARS.

The interested party has the possibility to ask the data controller for the access to their personal data, rectifying it, deleting it, limiting its treatment, opposing to their treatment or  exercising the portability of the data that is processed in an automated way.

In case of conflict, the interested party may refer to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or any other competent control authority to attend their claims.

The interested party may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the legacity of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawl.
