The customer has a return period of 14 days starting from the date of their receipt of the product. Before making a return, the customer must communicate their intention to return the product by contacting SELMARK through the contact form or by calling +34 986 49 32 32.
Once the customer has contacted SELMARK, they will be given a return number and will have to send the package to SELMARK with the items in their original packaging. The outside of the package must clearly indicate SELMARK’s address and the return number.
This right of return may not be exercised if the items have been used. The products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging and in perfect condition (no damage, breaks or stains) to the address indicated below. We can also not accept packages that do not include an element that identifies the sender (order number, last name, first name, address).
Once the package has been received at SELMARK’s distribution center and we have verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the refund will be given for the amounts corresponding to the returned products. The customer will be informed of the return via email. SELMARK will proceed to refund the customer as quickly as possible for the amount paid to the bank account or card used to pay for the order. SELMARK will reimburse the corresponding amounts within a maximum period of eight days if the customer used bank transfer and before the end of this month if the customer used a credit card.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product shall be borne by the sender. Returns which have not had postage paid at the time the customer sends them will not be accepted. The return shipping costs to the customer arising from a change of product will be borne by the company in the case of Spain and Portugal.
In the case of defective products or orders not corresponding to the order placed by the customer, the return costs shall be borne by SELMARK which will ask its delivery agent to collect the defective or incorrect product.
The return of products will result in a refund of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product/products returned within 30 days from receipt of the products by SELMARK. The refund will not include possible delivery costs.
The right of return may also be exercised from the time the order is placed and even before delivery. In this case, the refund to the customer’s bank will be made within 30 days from the exercise of this right.
